We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
To start a return, please contact us at info@charmony-apparel.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply as mentioned earlier.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
